Dear Sir/Madam,
I had ordered an Under Armour Hooded sweatshirt for Rs. 2474/- on 21.10.2020 ( during sale ) from MYNTRA and on 07.11.2020, it was showing that my order had been cancelled after 17 days. It's price is now Rs. 5499/-. Difference is of Rs. 3025/-. This was completely unethical. They refunded the amount Rs. 2474 but were refusing to replace the order due to higher price. I used the social media platform (Facebook, Twitter) after no response from them . I finally got a call from them and they just refused to anything more. And for compensation they gave me Rs 100 in Myntra Credit.
I want to lodge a complaint against Myntra for customer dissatisfaction.
