I orederd a tommy hilfiger casual shirt from myntra. The product i received was different from the image so i create a return request. On 29 may my product was picked up successfully and i got an email regarding this. And on that same day i got a message that myntra has initiated your refund in your bank account and amount will be reflected in your account with 72 hours. But on 29 may to till now no amount has been credited in my account. I call myntra about 20 times they have only one answer that gove us 24 hours your problem will be resolved. But it almost one month but no satisfactory answer given by myntra. The product and my amount both was in the hand of myntra. Please help me
