Myntra.com — About return process

I have ordered shoes from myntra but after delivery when I checked, it did not fit me.And i have not used it for signle time. SO I requested for return within 1 days of its delivery and on the app it shows that agent is out for pickup but it is been 2 days no one came for pickup. So, I contacted customer care more than 5 to 6 times for pre approval of my return but they said that my product is on hold. How can it on hold without pickup?? Every time I call they just give the same details that wait for 4 to 5 days. But Now I want my money back. Myntra cheats everyone.
