[Resolved] Myntra.com — About the wrong and defective product

I have received the torn and wrong product from Myntra.com.
I tried to return the product informing the same and packaging was also tampered when I got the product. I shared the images with the Myntra.com but they are not accepting the product. They first picked up the product and then they messaged me that the brand tags were not there but I have the proof that the product has the brand tags intact. Now they are asking me to keep the product and I don’t have any option available. Product price is 1422 inr. Myntra is not accepting that they delivered the wrong and defective product. I tried making them understand with the proofs with all the pictures. I have the picture below and Myntra reply with a screenshot.
Please help me out.

Myntra called me and apologised for the service they rendered to me and accepted the wrong product they delivered and issued me the refund.
Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
