I had ordered products more than rs. 40, 000 on myntra.com and they blocked my account with this open order. This happened around 16th and i am in contact with them from that time. When i asked them why the account is blocked in between of an order, they have no answer.
Till now, they were responding to my mails and they informed that they will observe my account but when i asked them that "to observe the account, they would have to open the account", they have a fix anwer that they cant do anything.
Now i have an order in which half of the things don't fit me and i cant exchange/return them because they have blocked my account.
Desirable resolution is for me to be able to exchange/return the required product and get the refund of the same. Was this information helpful? |
