Myntra.com — account deactivated-unable to return

My account has been deactivated stating some weird reason mentiond under the hidden Terms & Conditions. The previous orders delievred can't be returned and when asked for a reason, they give std robot answers. Need a resolution to return the products or activate my accnt
As the order is placed much before this drama happened, won't we given the right to return the products which we don't want.
