Myntra.com — Account deactivated without any notice

Hi my Myntra account is showing your account is deactivated when I’m trying to login with otp. I have active orders with Myntra and some balance in my credit. My account is deactivated without any prior notice. I urge you to look into this matter. My account is old I’m not a new user plus I must have made purchases over 50k. Is this how you trust your loyal customers? I shall take this case to consumer court, to media if need arises.
