Myntra.com — account got debited but order not placed

I shopped an item on 26th september with worth rs 4105.. My account got deducted but my order was not placed.. I still have all my bank transactions for proof.. And i have made complaints to the company and i was asked to wait for 24 hours but i still did not get any information after 24 hours... I want my money back.. Why is this happening... What will i do..

Amount deducted from my sbi gift card of rs 2358.82 on 25.09.2019 at 18.57pm, but order not placed while i going to purchase a puma shoe... Either refund my deducted amount or place a order...
