Hello,
I am a regular user of Myntra and order from two different accounts for myntra. One is the [protected]@gmail.com and the other is [protected]@gmail.com. In the last few months, I have ordered a lot of things from Myntra however, there are times that once you order a product from Myntra in a few hours they lower the prices of the product so, naturally I am forced to create a return request and order from my alternate account. Now, because of these frequent returns they have blocked my account without any intimation. I even contacted customer care but no valid response from them. Please suggest what to do.
I have a dress that was delivered today, it doesn't fit me and I have to return it, and now I can't. I need urgent help. Thanks. Was this information helpful? |
