I am having myntra account since more than 2 years and on 4th of jan i placed order for 1 shoes pair and some shirts, after receiving the order found that some products was not fit to me and then i was trying to open my account for exchange and return and i found that my account has been locked then i have called to customer care & they were inform me that concern person will call you in 24 hrs. On 15 th june i have received email that your account has been locked and can not reactivate and can't refund or return products from this account you may read terms o[censored]se from our website clause. Really it was very much surprising to me because i was going to exchange and return my unused products due to oversize and understand my account has been suspend without any reason and now i can not return or exchange my products worth of more than rs 18000.. Please advice me what can i do now because understand account has been locked intensionally by myntra to customer can't return or replace products.
