Myntra.com — account locked and unable to unlock

I am a regular myntra customer. I had ordered product worth 15000. Now so many products among them are not fit. I want to return them. But my product is locked. I need to return very badly. I m from a middle class family and can't afford lose 15000. Please help me unlock the account. Also myntra customer care people are not responding. Please help me.
