Myntra.com — account locked without any notice

I have placed order of 6-7 items a d now unable to login to my account which exists from last 4-5 years. Suddenly it started saying account locked. Now i have no way to return or track my order. This is really frustrating as the customer care says you cant so anything or even we cant do anything as you dont have an account! Its serious concern that i when i receive items how will i return them if i want to! This is too disturbing of an incident with such a famous site Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

Myntra is fraud website it doesn't trust on customers.My account has also been blocked.Being an indian consumer i am very serious this time.It has to be noticed by the indian government for the protection of consumer rights.Myntra is looting to customers you me and many people are suffering this time serious actions are required by us against this fraud site which is breaking our(customers)trust.
