I am a loyal customer of MYNTRA and I have made many purchases thru the app. Today my myntra account was blocked for reason best known to the myntra team. During sales, I used to order many items but unfortunately some products don't exactly match with the pictures or quality is not as per expectations or many times size is not fit to us..In such cases we have no other option other than returning the product. I was informed by the customer supervisor that they can't reactivate my old account and that I have to open a new account with a different number. I bought a new SIM and tried creating the account, but that also got blocked, I don't know how???...It wasn't even open yet. Kindly help me in unlocking my account.
