My Name is kusha vats (myntra uuser) Firstly they have started levying convenience fee of 149 stating that you have returned 8 out of 10 items in an year on every order(then why the hell you have mentioned flexible returns on your website) i didn't made any complaint about it then they have suspended my account on their own also i have created an exchange request for one urbanic sweater they have cancelled my exchange on their own what is their problem i don't know pathetic experience with myntra. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Dec 01, 2021 Updated by vatskusha also i have made so many calls to them they have promised that by 30th nov'21 you will get your account back now when it's 1st dec'21 they are saying pls wait for another 48 hours we have to go by procedure please take very very strict action against these frauds looting money in the name of flexible returns
