We had ordered for a kurti along with a potli bag, which was supposed to be delivered together. But for the last two times only the kurti is delivered but not the bag. On the second time, on 15 july 2019 we had lodged a complaint on the myntra helpline, to which they answered that they have accepted their fault and a solution would be given in 2/3 days. Now when we are calling to ask for the solution, they reply that no complaint was by us, that is they don't have any call records of our complaint. And now they don't even accept the complaint because it's past 48 hours.
So please suggest, what should i do for my missing product???
