Dear concern,
I am anudish jain from gwalior madhya pradesh, i am a loyal customer of myntra from more than 5 years and had a very good experience of shopping from myntra.
But now i am facing much difficulty in return of my adidas trackpant which i bought recently from myntra. As it came without tag and secondly it seems that it was a used product or defected product because it’s elastic on the waist line is stretched and seems like it is of seconds stock.
I immediately informed to all the concerns about the product that i have such kind of issue and only first time it happened with me. The myntra executive have also checked the stuff but i was not getting listened by anybody.
Why?
Am i the black listed customer in myntra? You kindly check the past purchases from my registered mobile number.
This is not the way to deny from the services. Why you are not valuing my payment? I have paid my amount for the new product not for the seconds product.
Either you change the product or refund my money because i am very disheartened from the behaviour and response shown by you.
Otherwise i would have to see the way of consumer form and else it’s the matter of cheating, i will not spare anyone because i have paid for the new stuff not for the old.
My complaint is already registered on customer care
