Hi Team,
I have order adidas shoes[protected]-3334801) and returned back due to quality issues.
Post that myntra delivery agent has collected the shoes and holded the return request and i received mail on 10-Oct-2022 stating that "return request has denied and we are reshipping the product to you".
I waited for a couple of days but i didn't received the shoes, then i raised a ticket with myntra support on 14-Oct-2022. without any communication support team has closed the ticket without any update. I have reopened the ticket but there is no use.
When i am reaching out to myntra customer support i am not getting a proper response and they were mentioning shoes are re-delivered, But i haven't received my shoes yet. I asked them to arrange call with delivery agent to ask to whom/when he has delivered shoes but they are denying my request.
This issue is lagging from past 15 days, but still I have not received any update/not received shoes/not credited money back. Was this information helpful? |
