A return of my Myntra order was scheduled to be picked up twice this week, but despite speaking to the assigned agent over phone everytime they never came for the pickup.
And it also happenss that after reporting that the pickup failed, they have a habit of blocking my number too.
This is not expected from a company which flaunts easy returns.
This is simply becoming a bad shopping experience.
Can you please arrange for the pickup by a responsible agent who actually shows up after especially telling them to come.
Kindly find attached the details of the last pick up.
Waiting for a real quick resolution.
