. I had tried to order a H&m bra on 7th November, 2020. There was a problem with Google Pay and it took longer for the payment to process. When I returned to the application I saw no order booked byt after 20 minutes the amount of ₹1, 499 was debited from my account.
"Rs1499.0 [protected]@SBI UPI frm A/cX2147 on 07Nov20 RefNo[protected]. If not done by u, fwd this SMS to [protected]/Call [protected] or [protected] to block UPI"
I have waited for 10 days now for the payment to be refunded back to my account but there has been no such luck.
Kindly assist in regards to this and ensure that the money is rightfully given back to me. I have been ordering from Myntra for a long time now and never experienced this long wait for the refund.

Thank you for your email on a previous order. However I have already received this update.
I had lodged a complaint for the same amount spent on trying to order the same bra (H&M Women White Seamless Super Push-up BRA) in a different size (38 B) on 7th November, 2020.
When I tried to pay through Google Pay it processed slowly. The page returned to the application in the meanwhile and showed no order booked. The amount (₹1499) however was debited from my account. As instructed by your page/website I waited 7-10 days for the refund. But it's been 15 days and I don't see my money. I'm extremely disappointed since I've never faced a problem like this with Myntra.
If you will not return my money I will never use Myntra again.
