[Resolved] Myntra.com — Amount debited but order not placed

On December 1st, 2021, I placed an order on myntra worth Rs.1597 through phonepe SBI account. The issue is amount got debited but order not placed. Phonepe states that transaction was successful with myntra but myntra denies it, they say they didn't get money. Help me as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Dec 27, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I have been calling phonepe and myntra so many times, and phonepe confirmed it was transactioned successfully, I shared screenshot of phonpe reply and transaction details from my banks app as proof, atlast they refunded my money. Myntra.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
