Hi team,
I was doing online shopping with Myntra on 20th November 2021, during when I did a payment of Rs. 1099but in between a message shown as Myntra order couldn't get placed due to payment gateway failure. However my amount of Rs 1099 got deducted from my flexipay account.
I also sent a mail to Myntra customer service but got no reply that money will be reversed back from HDFC BANK within 48 hours if not I need to communicate with Bank directly. I didn't get money back hence writing this letter.
