I Purchased these shoes from mantra bad when I purchased the shoes the had the option to get the product retired and exchanged with in the time period of 30 days and when I am testing to return the product I have been told that because I reesemed some points I would not be vale to return the shoes and when I. Baking to take back the points as i dont wants it they are refusing for the same. Kindly help with the matter.

I L. Satyanarayan from Visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh have ordered some products from MYNTRA ONLINE SHOPPING these people customer service is very poor when there is COD they deliver faster and when the amount paid online before receiving product they delay and there is no proper intimation to the customer.
