I have a ordered and returned a product on 02th june 2020. Since it was cod, they have told to give account number in the site. All details provided, what happened was account number was wrong (1 number was missing), so the ac number was invalid while the transfer the amount and utn number was shared by the team. I checked with my bank for the provided utn number, from my bank side, they have told they returned the amount the remitter account since account number was wrong. My bank provided the reverse utn also for reference. I have shared all details including my bank statement regarding that my amount is not refunded yet. But still myntra has saying we have sent amount on 02th june.. Everytime new caller is speaking, i have explain everything finally they will tell senior will call.. But no response for the past 1 month
