Myntra.com — bad behavior

I ordered certain things from myntra and the same were out for delivery today, i. E. 4.06.2019. I received a call from the delivery guy who cpuld not understand any direction i tried to explaon. Then he had the audacity to shout at me and disconnect the call. Thereafter he himself cancelled the delivery and endored that i refuses to take delivery. I tried speaking to the customer care but i guess they are ths least helpful because they realise we have no place to complain about the customer care person. Best part was when i tried to cross check the contact no of the delivery guy with the myntra person the number they had registered was different from the one i received call from. This seems to be a modus operandi to evade any liabilty as all these people call from different numbers rather than from their registered numbers
