I have purchased Trimmer from Myntra. I read return policy clearly mention 10 day return. I got product on 12 Aug and product was damaged then same day I raised return request and 2-3 times I called to Myntra customer support desk they are telling me madam within 24-48 hours your product will pickup for return. Then today I called Myntra support for return they are telling me return is not possible and customer support executives are unprofessional they are not listing my issue properly only telling this is company policy. I told where it’s mention show me if I will get damaged product then Myntra is not responsible for that. Then they cut my call. They are doing fraud if no return policy please mention your website
