I had ordered 2 sets of bedsheet from Myntra on 12th May and received both of them on the 13th of May. I liked one but the other one from [protected]@home, was a little dull compared to my expectations and hence I requested for a return. I got a message saying it failed the quality check because the right product was delivered to me. I didn't even open the bedsheet. I returned it fully packed as it is. Now the same bedsheet is being reshipped to me because the bedsheet was in pristine condition and packed properly from their end apart from being the correct one. I tried calling the consumer care number, I don't get anything except automated voice and no one from their team is available to chat. I keep on getting automated responses from consumer support.

Updated by Harshal0105 Update on 16th May morning: The team keeps on closing the complaint by changing the reason for rejection. First, it was rejected because the right product was delivered to me in pristine condition and now it is rejected because the bedsheet is missing price tag. The price of the bedsheet was on a sticker on the company's ([protected]@home) packaging. I had given the reason for rejection as I don't need the product anymore and not as a wrong product was delivered to me. Also, for most websites an issue is closed after a consumer is satisfied. Here, they are closing the complaint according to their will. If anyone has any idea how to reach an executive from their teach instead of this automated messages, it would be of great help! At this point it isn't even about the bedsheet anymore. It's about the extremely absymal service they are providing.

Updated by Harshal0105 Today the bedsheet was delivered to me in a completely different packaging with no brand name and price tag on the packaging when both the things were present when the order was collected from my place. In addition to that, a seal broken tape has been added to the packaging. Why would someone who knows they don't want the product tamper with the packaging if they want the money back? This is just a violation of consumer's trust and a way of forcing them to keep the product. I want this issue resolved and rest assured won't be ordering from Myntra again no matter what. Keep up with your unethical practices Myntra and you will keep on losing your customers, as you have lost one today.
