Placed an order with Myntra (order ID[protected]-2933101). The product delivered is worn out n damaged with the polishes scrapped off and I wanted to return it. When I tried doing that, I see the pick up facility is not available from the courier service Myntra has partnered with, though the product was delivered at the same location and address.
I heavily rely on online services so that I can manage without having to physically step out as I have personal limitations... Now a forced self ship requirement would need me to step out against all odds, or I lose the money for the product. Nowhere on the website was this mentioned that this product comes under the policy of ‘self shipping’ and will not be picked up by courier services incase of exchange/return requirements. If I had that information, I wouldn't have chosen this product...atleast I would have had a choice based on correct and complete information beforehand. Myntra nowhere shared the need for self-shipping information on the website for this product. Now I am stuck with a damaged product that needs to be self shipped and I don't hv the convenience to do that. Repeated request with customer care for reverse pick up but no resolution offered.
I m stuck with a damaged product n incur loss of the product value. It is a helpless feeling and feeling of being cheated as the website didn't mention anything about the self ship requirement in the specific product details. Very unfair, Myntra.
