Myntra.com — Biotique scrub and biotique cream order not placed

I placed the order biotique scrub and biotique cream on 3rd Oct through google pay for which my money was debited but the order was not placed. Whenever i ask them about the refund Myntra customer care deny to refund me back the amount stating that they didn't receive any payment
