The issue that I have experienced was: I have ordered 12 items cost around Rs.18734 on 14-April-2022.
After placing order Myntra blocked my account and not allowing me to return or exchange any item, stating "their fair use policy broken from my account that's why they blocked my account".
My concern is, if I am breaking any policy then why they don't stop/prevent me before placing my order, why they block my account after placing my order and now they are not allowing me to return items.
I had discussion with multiple Myntra executive and they said, we will initial block any account temporarily and if same issue happens again with same customer then they block customer account permanently. But in my case My account blocked permanently without any intimidation or temporarily block.
Also I have few of the item which are small in size and not have good fitting.
Myntra is imposing their item on customers.

Take items back and refund my money
