I recently purchased a boult red audio curve neckband wireless bluetooth magnetic earphone with mic which was delivered to me on 10 march 2019. But from the day it was delivered the headphones volume level is too low when we try to speak through it. I need the replacement for the same as it is causing inconvenience.
