I ordered an elle 18 lipstick on 29th September. I receievd the lipstick today. The proce was worth Rs. 90. The lipstick is broken and used and not properly packed. This is the first time it has happened. I have always trusted Myntra and been a loyal customer. An action better be taken or I advocate not buying cosmetics from Myntra.
