Can not exchange product after redeeming insider points
I got few jackets and tops delivered today. The clothes I received are of poor quality and most them doesn't have proper fit. However, I mistakenly claimed my insider points and now i am unable to exchange/return them. I called the myntra customer care as well but they are unable to undo the changes made by me from backend. There should be some sort of functionality to undo the changes made by the end user.
I do not want my insider points, just want my replacement. If required you can take all of my insider points.
