I had placed an order(Order No.[protected]-1226701) on 29th September 2019, which was meant as a gift for my brother. It was mentioned that the order will be delivered before 8th October. The item was not delivered till 18th Oçtober and I receive a message that my order is cancelled due to technical issue. All these 20 days I complained several times to the Myntra customer care and they apologized for the delay and assured me that my order will be delivered soon. They gave reason that there is delay due to the sale. I feel cheated now I am very disappointed and angry at the same time. Myntra is cheating with the customers and they have to be taught a lesson. I will take this issue across platforms and even to the court if they do not come up with a proper resolution.
