For the last 14 days, i tried multiple times to connect with myntra.com executive to address the cashback issue. But the team has no clue about their company promise. They don't even bother to resolve customer issues. As myntra.com promised cashback offer in payzapp (10%) during end of reason sale. I ordered the us polo shirt pant and it's cost me 2344/-. Now they are denying to reimburse the cashback amount.
Always giving excuses their team abusing on call too. Which was literally bad for a company like myntra.com.
Awful experience!!!
