Myntra.com — castle product of rs.1940. refund not credited.

Order no.[protected]-5057003. The order was cancelled within 10-15 minutes after its placement. I received an e-mail regarding the refund initiation but have not received any. They asked for 7-10 days time which has been given and four more days have passed. Date of cancellation - 24/06/2019. Amount of product - rs.1940. I have called them more 6 times and my request has not been considered so i had to file a complaint.
