I placed an order to a wrong address accidentally, i changed it through your application. Later i called your customer care, who was very rude and was not able to change the address. Asked me to call after sometime. Now the order is packed and cannot change the address to the correct location. As understanding the order is been placed to a wrong address, you should have kept it on hold and changed the address and then could have released it. But as there is no sensible initiative form your so called champion, who are a graded looser were not able to help me. Now its going to wrong location. And your system doesn't give me option to change the address.
