I have ordered clarks shoes on myntra on 23rd dec 2019 for rs 4019 and it was delivered on 4th jan 2020. As the color of the shoe was not matching with the picture shown of the site, i have raised return on 5th jan 2020.
But the return was picked up on 9th jan 2020.
After couple of days the shoes were picked up, we kept getting messages saying that return is rejected as the price tag is missing. I have called myntra couple of times reporting about the messages. Each time the complaint was registered by the support guys, and after couple of days, got messages saying that the case is resolved.
On 18th jan 2020, courier guy came back with the shoes saying he is asked to deliver back. This time the shoes are damaged and the price tag is only present on one of the shoe. Courier person has also mentioned he was having more the 5 such re-shipped cases on the same day and some issue at myntra.
I have called back myntra and spoke to the customer service person for more than 20 mins. I was promised that the issue will be addressed and an incident is raised.
On 19th jan, i have a message saying the incident is resolved. I have called back myntra again about the message. This time, call centre guy mentioned that the request is rejected as there is not price tag.
Call centre person said that the log in myntra shows that the courier person refused to pick the shoes on 5th jan as the price tag was missing. This is absolute lie and cheating, as he picked the shoes on 9th jan and again returned on 18th jan.
I am so frustrated as i will now have to use a damaged goods and the one which i did not like at all. More frustrating is the price is higher on myntra compared to other site.
Please help to get my money. I am really so upset that i feel my day is ruined. Why should i pay and use a damaged goods because of issues at myntra.
I need justice to this issue. Please help me.
