Hello, my name is Anmol I have had ordered
two pairs of jeans from Myntra that got delivered on 10th of June 2022 but then I found that the size was not correct so I placed a return request on the app and the app says that the return will be attempted within 7 working days.
Now on the very next day that is on 11th june a guy came at the return address and said that he was from myntra and came here to collect return from Anmol Saxena.
So I gave those jeans to him and he left. Now 2 hours later one more guy came for the same pickup, I told him that the order was already picked up. He told me that I was assigned to pick your return,
So I called the customer care they said they had no clue about this and they cannot help me in any way as the return was not attempted.
This happened because there was not any confirmation or OTP system so that we would know if the pickup boy was actually the pickup boy or is it a fraud.
I want to raise complaint against myntra because it was their fault not confirming the customer.
What would be the fault of customer if someone will come at the door and claim that he is from myntra then how will the customer is supposed to confirm that he is not lying.
