I am highly disappointed and furious with the behavior of myntra customer care team. For the past 15 days I have been raising a complaint daily.
I had ordered a Chemistry Parka Jacket (Order ID # 1185857 [protected]) which was first declined on 18th Nov by delivery agent (Name: Aditya Bankar, mobile number: [protected]) stating quality issues. The delivery agent (Aditya Bankar) then came again on 19th or 20th and picked up the product. The quality check was put on hold, upon raising first complaint it was resolved. When I spoke to customer care he said he will initiate return from his end and asked me not to do so from the myntra app. I told him product was already picked up, he said they would send it back and create a return request from myntra end. The product was never sent back to me.
Post that for 1 week everyday I received call stating pick up failed, how can I return something which was already returned?!?! When I spoke to your customer agent he said madam this will be resolved by 27th and we will initiate return internally to process your refund.
I keep raising tickets daily and customer care executives keep putting it in resolved status stating item wasn't picked up so can't refund without even reading my issue or checking history.
This is absolutely bizzare and horrible customer experience. When your own staff (Myntra agent - Aditya Bankar) and customer (me) has confirmed that I have returned the product then how can you lie stating it wasn't picked up?!?
Your own agent said "by mistake I put product not available online as myntra team put your product in Hingna warehouse". Once the item is returned by the customer, it is not my fault if your process is flawed.
I want the refund back as I had returned the item which your own agent is confirming if you don't trust the customer.
If I don't receive a prompt response in 2 days (I have already spoken to min 10 customer care agents regarding this) I will have to take this to consumer court and other social media platforms such as twitter, linkedin etc.
