On 11 Oct 2021, I have ordered DressBerry women black and white polka dots printed A-line dress on Myntra app Order ID # 118580997506696381101 worth Rs. 1139.00. On 19 Oct 2021 at 2230 hrs I got call from delivery agent of Myntra stating he is not able to deliver the product today and to deliver product next day he requested me to give my personal mobile number. As I didn't feel comfortable to give my personal mobile number to delivery agent, I refused to give number and asked him to deliver product next day. 5 min after this call I got massage from myntra.com that my product has been delivered where as I didn't get the product.
On 21 Oct 2021, after being cheated by Myntra.com I call customer care of Myntra.com and registered my following issues
1) The product has not been delivered to me but app is showing the product is delivered.
2) How delivery agent can ask for personal mobile number of customer as he is not entitled to get it.
I got assurance from customer care that my issue is on priority and will be resolved.
Next day I got massage from Myntra.com that they have checked from their delivery partner and my product has been delivered.
Myntra.com have cheated me and without delivering the product they are saying that they have delivered the product.
Also there delivery agent are compromising the safety of customers by attempting late night delivery and asking for personal mobile number.
