I ordered a piece of clothing from Myntra. When I opened package, I got only 2 torn plastics inside, nothing else was there. When I raised a complaint about this, they took 6 days and then declined my claim stating that as per Myntra, they have sent the product. Now, I’m frustrated, as I’m getting no resolution to this. When I call myntra and ask them to transfer call to their supervisor, all they do is arrange a call back and I get no callback. This is extremely frustrating and poor customer service.
