I had order a bluetooth earphones from myntra on 2 december 2019 and was delivered by 5 december. To my sorrow the product was received in a damaged condition withits led earbuds not working. When i called the service centre they stated that the product is not refundable or replacable due to the policies and asked me to service it. I find it very difficult since my rights are broken here. I would request the honourable court to look after into it and provide a justice keeping in mind the consumer rights.
