Myntra.com — company transferred refund amount to myntra wallet

Product when delivered found bad quality and not fit, send return request company collect the product and i have shared my account information with myntra customer service team and they transferred my refund to myntra account, not in my bank account. When i contact with myntra customer care team they replied they will not transfer my money into my account. Such a worst company of india please do not buy any product from this company. The product i returned, amount given back in terms of myntra credit, now my myntra credit cannot be added during checkout, it means, the money in my wallet cannot be used, nor transferred in my bank account, this is cheating, kindly help.i want atleast the myntra credit to be added during checkout, orelse money transferred to the account.
