This is in regards to an order I placed with Myntra on 11 August 2022. I ordered a Fossil watch (ES5098), but when I received the product, the code on the product (ES5098I) mismatched with the Myntra product description.
At first, I didn't come to know about this. But later when I thought to return this product, the pickup boy informed me about this mismatched product code. I tried reporting many a times to Myntra about this, but they always close my case without addressing to it.
This is highly disappointing & I could not expect such behavior from Myntra where It is itself delivering the wrong product and customers have to bear the cost of it.
Request the team to please check and provide help in returning this DUPLICATE PRODUCT. (PS : I haven't even used this product and the original tags are intact to this) Was this information helpful? |
