My order number is[protected]-8909001. There was a trimmer, a chappal, and a headset in the order. I have received the trimmer, a few days after the delivery date and the rest didn't received. When called the customer care executive, i was informed that it will be delivered within a few days. Now i got the message that my items were lost and nearly half of my deducted amount is going to be refunded. How can you say that my items were lost which i was payed already? What about the time i spent on this order? And i also want to know about the balance refund.
