Myntra.com — complaint on refund

Address: Sri Durga Clinic, Parladka, Puttur, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, 574201

I had received return request for "bella moda girls grey embroidered fit and flare dress" on 26th july 2019 with the return number as well.
The product was picked up before 31st july 2019 (Can't remember the exact pick up date) but the money is not refunded yet.
The agent who picked up haven't even checked the item for tag, quality or usage.
Please look into this issue and do the needful.
