I have been harassment from myntra delivery agent who are scheduled for return pick up of the order[protected]-5172201 placed on 21st dec 2019. Since yesterday they scheduled for return pick up and whole day their delivery agent with contact number [protected] kept us waiting saying i will come at 4:30 pm and when he did not come by that time i called up to check what time he will come, he said he is in traffic and after an hour he will come where there was no traffic sound and he was at home, i asked don't tell lie there is no traffic sound only tell what time you will come so rudely he disconnected the call. So when he did not come i called up at 5:40 pm and he started disconnecting my call. I have informed this incident to myntra customer care and found no action taken against the delivery agent and this delivery agent has updated the status that unable to communicate with customer hence did not pick up. Today they have scheduled another delivery agent and since 12 pm he told 1 and half hour he will come and now when i called he misbehaved over the phone call and hanged up my call without updating when he will come, i can not take leave from job and stay at home for their these kind unprofessional delivery agent and can not go through the harassment every day in the name of pick up, i need my refund amount rs1196.36 as soon as possible.
They don't want to provide refund that's why they are not picking up the product from me. Kindly look into this matter. Was this information helpful? |
