I ordered shoes from Myntra on 21feb 2022 and they turned out to be the ones different from what was shown in the website so i quickly put in a return request for the same, the brand was same but the colour and size was not as i had ordered. I had not even tried it on seeing that this was clearly not what i had ordered. They put my return on hold after pick up and two days later said the quality check failed and the product will be re shipped to me, the customer care did not help in providing any kind of information and what i was supposed to do as it's not my fault that the product sent was wrong and different. They also kept closing all my issues raised and marking it resolved even without actively talking to me or trying to resolve it. They also kept transferring calls to their supervisors and on being asked about why i was being subjected to all this their only response was they don't have anything they can help with and just asked me to wait. I have pictures of the shoes being in brand box all new and unused just before i handed it over to the pick up executive, falsely accusing the customer saying the product is used is a white lie on myntra's part. I even asked for the same shoes if not refund but they size was out. I expect my query to be handled and my refund to be made as soon as possible since i don't want to be stuck with a wrong product that i did not order.
