Hii, on 8th of May I got Corsica footwear as gift which was purchased from Myntra but within one month o[censored]se, they got damaged and that damage is related to the quality of product as pasting of footwear is gone. I have logged complaint in Myntra but they declined the same by mentioning that its not manufacturing defect. May I know that whose defect it is? if product is getting damaged within one month, that means Myntra is not delivering the quality to customers. I am a very loyal customer of Myntra and always trust Myntra while shopping but when I am complaining about quality of product, they are not even listening to me. I am very disappointed and need quick action against this as this is very expensive product and now it is of no use for me.
