I have raised a return request for earring. No courier person has come for pickup and when I called customer care, they informed that the return is on hold because the product was damaged.
What is wrong with Myntra, This issue is happening again and again. How you got to know that the product is damaged without coming for pick up and moreover the product is not at all damaged and in good condition.
Pathetic service.Highly dissapointed.I immediately called customer care and asked them to connect me to courier person but they did not do that.New scheme of Myntra for making easy money from customers.shameless Was this information helpful? |
